One of my former salons carried my own name — a reflection of where I was then.
Today, working alongside my son, I'm honored to name this new venture after my incredible grandson, Victory.
Victory is more than a name — it's a reminder of the joy, hope, and family that inspired our salon.

Sheila Land brings over 30 years of hair expertise, including 12 years as a successful salon owner and educator for HC.
Shear Victory is truly a family-driven business, with her son Reggie Prevail (owner of Prevail Group) proudly serving as her business partner.
Together they built Shear Victory with a mission to provide personalized beauty services rooted in care, professionalism, and community.
They live by the motto:

and
“Aggressively Expect Positive Things (AEPT)”
An affirmation Sheila shared with her son when he was just three years old.
